摘要
目前,我国城市地铁网络分布已趋越来越密集的趋势,地铁线路与既有建筑桩基础交叉问题日显突出。以天津地铁11号线一期工程为工程背景,利用BIM技术建立的空间模型,对施工交叉空间进行动态模拟,可精确分析地铁盾构与建筑桩基础交叉的三维空间问题,为地铁区间下穿高架桥提供技术指导。应用并推广了BIM技术,响应了我国技术政策方针。
Earth pressure balance shield tunneling machine is widely used in subway tunnel construction because of its adaptability to various ground conditions,higher construction efficiency and safer working environment.With the distribution of urban subway network becoming more and more dense,it will inevitably lead to the crossing problem between subway lines and existing viaduct pile foundation.Based on the first phase of Tianjin Metro Line 11 project as the engineering background,this paper uses BIM technology to establish a space model,and carries out strict management and dynamic simulation of construction space,so as to maximize the use of construction space and avoid unnecessary accidents and losses.It provides guidance for the application of shield tunneling method in underground viaduct.
