摘要
教师的人文素养是教师人文精神涵养和教师本身展示出的思想、情感、性格、道德等方面的气质和修养。只有在人文精神关怀下的教育才是真正的教育,只有实践人文精神教育的教师才是合格的教师。文章分析了提高教师人文素养的紧迫性,并指出更新观念不断实践是提高教师人文素养修炼的核心前提,拓宽阅读层面加厚知识底蕴是新时代教师人文素养修炼的重要基础。
The humanistic quality of teachers is the humanistic spirit of teachers and the ideas, emotions, personalities and morals displayed by teachers themselves. Only under the care of humanistic spirit can education be real education. And only teachers who practice humanistic spirit education are qualified teachers. This paper analyzes the urgency of improving the humanistic quality of teachers, and points out that renewing the concept and practice is the core premise of improving teachers' humanistic quality, widening the reading level and deepening the knowledge are the important foundation of humanistic quality of teachers in the new era.
