摘要
从人文知识、人文精神和人文方法三个方面对高校教师的人文素养现状进行调查,发现高校教师的人文素养在性别、年龄、学历和学科方面存在差异。女教师、理工科教师及年轻教师人文知识比较薄弱,年轻教师及具有博士学位的教师人文精神和人文方法比较缺乏。从宏观和微观层面分析导致高校教师人文素养存在问题的原因,提出提高教师人文素养的策略。
This thesis studies the current overall humanistic quality of college teachers from three aspects, namely, humanistic knowledge, humanistic spirit and humanistic method. From the research, we find out that humanistic quality of college teachers varies in age, gender, degree and disciplines. To be specific, female teachers, science and engineering teachers lack of humanistic knowledge,teachers with doctor degrees are doing poorly in humanistic spirit and humanistic method. Furthermore, we probe into the reason and put forward some suggestion as to improve the humanistic quality of college teachers.
