摘要
目的研究分析应用PDCA循环法在提高内分泌科护士护理软实力中的效果.方法对我院内分泌科13名护士的人文关怀能力评分及健康宣教能力评分进行评价,运用鱼骨图分析护理软实力提高的要素,运用PDCA循环管理进行计划、执行、检查和处理,并在实施后重新统计相关评分,比较前后评分变化.结果实施后护士的人文关怀能力评分、健康宣教能力评分高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).客观条件满足率及仪容仪表符合率较实施前显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论一些护士的人文关怀素养、社会学、心理学知识有所不足,导致护理软实力欠缺,影响护理实施效果,实施PDCA循环管理可以提高内分泌科护士的护理软实力.
Objective To study the effect of PDCA cycle in improving nurses' soft power in department of endocrinology. Methods The scores of humanistic care ability and health education ability score of 13 nurses in department of endocrinology were evaluated. Fishbone diagram was used to analyze the factors of improving nursing soft power. PDCA cycle management was used to plan, execute, inspect and process the nursing soft power. The related scores were re-counted after implementation, and the changes of the scores before and after implementation were compared. Results After implementation, the scores of nurses' humanistic care ability and health education ability were higher than those before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). The satisfaction rate of objective conditions and the coincidence rate of instrument and appearance were significantly improved before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management can improve the nursing soft power of nurses in department of endocrinology.
