摘要
引入QC小组活动,遵循PDCA循环,使住院患者健康教育知晓率由活动前的84.65%提高到活动后的98.09%。QC小组活动可持续改进健康教育质量,提升患者满意度。
The introduction of QC group activities, follow the PDCA,the health education awareness of inpatients increased from 84.65% to 98.09% after the activities. QC group activities could continue to improve the quality of health education, be an effective method to enhance the quality of life and satisfaction of inpatients.
