摘要
在“长江经济带”发展新格局正式确立的背景下,针对安徽省16市人才吸引力水平,从经济状况、公共投入、生活水平、就业前景4个角度出发构建安徽省城市人才吸引力评价体系.在综合评价法的基础上,使用组合评价法得出更为合理和稳健的排名结果.利用因子分析法找到影响安徽省人才吸引力水平的6个关键性因素,结合安徽省实际发展状况,给出提高安徽省人才吸引力水平的参考性建议.
Under the background of the new pattern formal establishment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt development,aiming at the level of talent attraction in 16 cities of Anhui Province,an evaluation system of talent attraction in Anhui Province from four angles:economic situation,public investment,living standard and employment prospect was constructed.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation method,a more reasonable and stable ranking result was obtained by using combination evaluation method.Using factor analysis method,six key factors affecting the level of talent attraction in Anhui Province were found.Based on the actual development of Anhui Province,some suggestions are given to improve the level of talent attraction in Anhui Province.
