宝钢污泥粉尘资源综合利用技术 被引量:9

摘要 面对日趋严峻的环保态势,宝钢针对厂区产生的污泥、粉尘等各类资源进行统筹,建设均质化处理工艺、粉尘制粒工艺和转底炉工艺等项目。预计2019—2020年各项目竣工投运后,可以有效实现宝钢厂区各类污泥粉尘资源综合利用,其中均质化工艺将氧化铁皮、活性污泥等干湿品种混合预处理后参与后期混匀矿堆积,粉尘制粒工艺以高炉原料灰等品种为原料造球后供烧结使用,转底炉工艺以电炉灰等原料生产低Zn或低S产品,供不同用户使用。 Facing the increasingly severe environmental situation,according to all kinds of resources,such as sludge,dust,etc.,Baosteel is building many projects,for example,homogenized treatment system,dust granulation system and rotary hearth furnace,after these projects are completed and put into operation from 2019 to 2020,these projects can effectively realize the comprehensive utilization of various sludge dust resources in Baosteel Plant Area,among them,the homogenized treatment system mixes the dry and wet varieties such as iron oxide scale and activated sludge,and participates in the later mixed mineral accumulation.The dust granulation system is used for sintering after blasting many kinds of materials,for example,blast furnace raw ash.The rotary hearth furnace produces low-Zn or low-S products with raw materials such as electric furnace ash for different users.
