摘要
X射线荧光光谱仪具有自动化程度高,精度和准确度高,分析速度快等优点,通过烧减量对各成分含量进行校正[1],根据其含量与强度的对应关系建立曲线,并通过实验确定了最佳仪器分析参数,最佳熔融温度,建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定保护渣中F元素的方法,对比了化学法和X-射线荧光光谱法两种方法分析数据,准确度和精密度能够满足生产的需求。形成本实验室快速分析保护渣F元素的新方法。
X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with a high degree of automation,high precision and accuracy,and the advantages of fast analysis speed,reducing burn correction for each component content to[1],based on its content and intensity of corresponding relation curve,and the optimum parameters of the instrument analysis was determined by the experiment,the optimum melting temperature,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is established protection slag of F element method,The accuracy and precision of chemical method and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry were compared to meet the requirements of production.Form a new method for rapid analysis of F element in protective slag in our laboratory.
