摘要
转底炉是钢铁企业循环利用含铁尘泥资源的主要工艺,在转底炉工艺过程中,原料、过程产品、金属化球团产品以及副产品均有检化验的需求。本文根据检验需求总结了上述物料的分析检测标准及对应的设备配置。另外,在转底炉工艺各类物料成分分析的诸多元素中,特别讨论了全铁含量、锌元素含量和氯元素含量检测的必要性。全铁含量是反映金属化球团产品品质的重要指标;锌元素在金属化球团产品中作为微量有害元素会循环进入高炉、转炉或电炉中造成诸多不利影响,而在副产品粗锌粉中,其含量越高品级越高;氯元素在物料的循环中是会对冶炼过程造成不利影响的有害元素。结合各类标准和相关研究,总结了上述三种元素的检测方法,并且根据生产实际的需求提出了在工业生产中检测方法选择的建议。最后根据工程设计经验提出了转底炉试验室的建设方案。
Rotary hearth furnace is the main process of recycling iron-bearing dust and mud resources in iron and steel enterprises.In the process of rotary hearth furnace,there are demands for testing and analysis of raw materials,process products,metallized pellet products and by-products.According to the inspection requirements,this paper summarized the analysis and testing standards of materials above and the corresponding equipment configuration.In addition,the detection necessity of total iron content,zinc content and chlorine content was especially discussed.Total iron content is an important index to reflect the quality of metallized pellets.As a trace harmful element in metallized pellet products,zinc element will circulate into blast furnace,converter or electric furnace to cause many adverse effects.However,the higher the zinc content in the by-product crude zinc powder,the higher its grade.Chlorine is a harmful element that can adversely affect the smelting process in the circulation of materials.Based on various standards and related researches,the detection methods of the above three elements were summarized,and the suggestions on the selection of detection methods in industrial production were put forward according to the actual demand of production.Finally,according to the engineering design experience,the construction scheme of rotary hearth furnace laboratory was put forward.
