黄芪多糖对锦鲤生长和体组成的影响 被引量:9

The effects of astragalus polysaccharides on growth and body composition of brocarded carp

摘要 选用全长为(11.49±0.22)cm、体质量(25.53±0.73)g的锦鲤(Cyprinus carpio),研究黄芪多糖不同添加量对锦鲤生长和体组成的影响。共6个试验组:G0、G1、G2、G3、G4、G5,分别投喂在每kg基础饲料中添加0、0.40、0.80、1.20、1.60、2.00g黄芪多糖的试验饲料,试验周期为60d。结果表明:锦鲤的末均重随黄芪多糖添加量增加呈增大的趋势;锦鲤的相对增重率和特定生长率随黄芪多糖添加量增加呈先增大后减小的趋势;黄芪多糖对锦鲤的总摄食量影响不显著(P>0.05),锦鲤的饲料系数随黄芪多糖添加量增加呈减小的趋势;当黄芪多糖添加水平为1.60g/kg时,试验鱼的末均重、相对增重率、特定生长率均达到最大,饲料系数最低;对锦鲤机体组成成分分析表明,黄芪多糖对鱼体粗灰分含量和水分含量影响不显著(P>0.05),鱼体粗脂肪含量、粗蛋白质含量随黄芪多糖添加量增加呈上升的趋势。考虑生长性能,锦鲤饲料中黄芪多糖添加量以1.60g/kg较为适宜。 A 60-days feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effect of different astragalus polysaccharides(APS)level on growth and body composition of brocarded carp(11.49±0.22 cm,25.53±0.73 g).There were 6 experimental groups:G0,G1,G2,G3,G4 and G5.Brocarded carp in the 6 groups were fed basal diets with 0,0.40,0.80,1.20,1.60 and 2.00 g/kg APS respectively.The results showed that the final average weight(FAW)increased,weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)increased first and then decreased,feed conversion ratio(FCR)decreased with the increase of APS.Total food ration(TFR)showed no significant effect by supplemental levels of APS(P>0.05).When APS levels were 1.60 g/kg,all of the FAW,WGR and SGR of brocarded carp were the highest,but the FCR was the lowest.Ash and moisture in whole body of brocarded carp showed no significant effect by supplemental levels of APS(P>0.05),crude lipid and crude protein increased with the increase of APS.The adding level of APS 1.60 g/kg was suggested according to the experiment.
