饲料中添加黄芪多糖对黄颡鱼生长、抗氧化及肠道组织形态的影响

Effects of dietary Astragalus polysaccharides on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal morphology in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco

摘要 为研究饲料中添加黄芪多糖(Astragalus polysaccharides, APS)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)生长、抗氧化及肠道健康的影响,本实验以初始体质量为(28.10±0.51) g的黄颡鱼为研究对象,分别饲喂添加0 mg/kg(CK组)、300 mg/kg(A组)、600 mg/kg(B组)、900 mg/kg(C组)、1 200 mg/kg(D组)、1 500 mg/kg(E组)黄芪多糖的饲料,饲养56 d后测定生长性能指标、血清生化指标、抗氧化指标、肝脏肠道消化酶活性及观察肠道结构。结果显示:与CK组相比,除A组外,其余各实验组的摄食量、特定生长率显著提高,饲料系数显著降低;实验组中黄颡鱼血清总胆固醇含量随APS添加量增加显著降低,总蛋白和白蛋白水平呈剂量依赖性上升;实验组中黄颡鱼消化酶活性及抗氧化能力则呈现为先增强后减弱的趋势,其中D组黄颡鱼肠道过氧化氢酶活性与肝脏丙二醛含量的变化幅度最为显著。肠道形态学分析表明,肠道切片各实验组中D组黄颡鱼绒毛长度和肌层厚度提高程度最显著。结果表明,在黄颡鱼饲料中添加300~1 500 mg/kg的APS能够提高其生长性能和抗氧化能力及改善肠道健康,黄颡鱼饲料中APS的适宜添加量为1 200 mg/kg。 The experiment was conducted with Pelteobagrus fulvidraco with an initial body weight of(28.10±0.51)g to investigate the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)supplementation in feed on the growth,antioxidant capacity and intestinal health of P.fulvidraco.The fish were fed with diets containing 0(CK group),300(Group A),600(Group B),900(Group C),1200(Group D),and 1500 mg/kg(Group E)of APS for 56 days.Growth performance parameters,serum biochemical parameters,antioxidant parameters,digestive enzyme activities in the liver and intestine,and intestinal morphology were measured.The results showed that the feed intake and specific growth rate of the other experimental groups were significantly increased except for Group A,while the feed conversion ratio was significantly decreased compared with the CK group.The total cholesterol content in the serum of P.fulvidraco in the experimental groups decreased significantly with the increase of APS supplementation.In contrast,the total protein and albumin levels increased in a dose-dependent manner.The digestive enzyme activities and antioxidant capacity of P.fulvidraco in the experimental groups showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Among them,the changes in the intestinal catalase activity and liver malondialdehyde content of P.fulvidraco in Group D were the most significant.Intestinal morphology analysis indicated that the villus length and muscular layer thickness of P.fulvidraco in Group D were the most significantly increased among all experimental groups.The results indicated that supplementing 300~1500 mg/kg APS in the feed of P.fulvidraco could improve its growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal health,with the optimal supplementation level of APS in the feed of P.fulvidraco being 1200 mg/kg.
