摘要
工匠精神是中国制造向中国智造转变、人力资源大国向人力资源强国转变背景下引发社会高度关注的职业精神。它蕴含了丰富的内涵,体现为"精于工、匠于心、品于行、化于文"。当前高职院校在培育工匠精神的过程中还存在着思政教育重视不够、专业教学融入不足、校园文化建设缺乏抓手等问题。高职院校应整合多种教育资源,加强思政教育、专业教学和校园文化建设,把工匠精神贯穿于人才培养的全过程。
The craftsman spirit is a kind of vocational spirit that attracts the whole society＇ s attention under the background of transformation China-from ＂Made in China＂ to ＂Intelligent Manufacturing in China＂ and from ＂the human resources big country＂ to ＂the human resources powerful country＂ . The craftsman spirit contains rich connotation, which requires ＂Excellent Skills, Qualified Craftsmanship, Excellent Morality and Abundant Knowledge＂ . At present, there are many problems in the process of fostering the craftsman spirit in the higher vocational colleges, such as the lack of ideological and political education, professional teaching, and construction of campus culture. Higher vocational colleges should integrate a variety of educational resources, such as strengthening ideological and political education, professional teaching and campus culture construction, to put the craftsman spirit throughout the whole process of personnel training.
