摘要
我国正全面推进新型工业化,实施产业结构优化升级,这需要培养大量创新型工程技术人才来提供人才支撑。分析我国高等工程人才创新能力培养在培养理念、知识体系、实践环节、考核评价机制等方面存在的不足或差距,提出了面向新型工业化工程人才创新能力培养的若干途径。
The new-type industrialization is being promoted in our country. For optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,needs to cultivate a large number of creative engineering talents to provide support personnel. The paper explores the shortcomings of training of engineering talents creative ability in our country such as cultivation concept,knowledge systems ,practical teaching,and evaluation mechanism,puts forward some ways for improving engineering talents creative ability in the process of new-type industrialization.
