摘要
在合成聚酰胺酸(PAA)过程中加入纳米级二氧化钛,制得改性聚酰胺酸纺丝液,采用干法纺丝、热处理和热拉伸工艺,得到聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维。测试结果表明,改性后的纤维具有较好的物理性能、热稳定性能、阻燃性能和耐紫外性能,在保持PI纤维优良指标的同时,还将耐碱性能提高了20%,极大地延长了产品在恶劣条件下的使用寿命。
The modified polyamic acid(PAA)spinning solution was prepared by adding nanoscale titanium dioxide to the synthetic process.Then obtained the polyimide(PI)fiber via dry spinning process,heat treatment process and heat drawing process.The performance measurement indicated that the modified fiber had excellent physical properties,thermal stability,flame resistance,and ultraviolet resistance.That was mean,while maintaining excellent performence of PI fiber,the alkali resistance was increased by 20%.This method greatly prolongs the service life of products under harsh conditions.
