摘要
                
                    针对服用聚酰亚胺在冬季针织产品应用中的热湿舒适性问题,选择聚酰亚胺、棉纤维、黏胶纤维和羊毛单纱合股编织21种纬平针组织织物、四平针组织织物和罗纹空气层组织织物,测试织物结构参数和热湿舒适性能。结果表明,纤维成分、纱线种类和织物组织结构影响织物的保暖性、透湿性、透气性和液态水传递性;基于模糊数学综合评判各织物试样的热湿舒适性能,综合评价值依次为M_(15)>M_(1)>M_(6)>M_(7)>M_(8)>M_(13)>M_(20)>M_(21)>M_(5)>M_(12)>M_(4)>M_(14)>M_(3)>M_(19)>M_(2)>M_(17)>M_(18)>M_(11)>M_(9)>M_(10)>M_(16),纯聚酰亚胺罗纹空气层组织的热湿舒适性能最优,其次为纯聚酰亚胺纬平针组织织物。
                
                In view of the thermal-moist comfort of polyimide yarn used in winter knitted products,21 kinds of fabrics including weft plain,1+1 rib,and Milano rib are knitted by the pure or mixed of polyimide,cotton,viscose and wool single yarn.The structure parameters and thermal-moist comfort properties of the fabrics are tested,the influence of fiber composition,yarn type and fabric structure on the thermal insulation,moisture permeability,air permeability and liquid water transmission of the fabrics is studied.The thermal-moist comfort performance of each sample fabric is assessed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,whose values in descending order are M_(15),M_(1),M_(6),M_(7),M_(8),M_(13),M_(20),M_(21),M_(5),M_(12),M_(4),M_(14),M_(3),M_(19),M_(2),M_(17),M_(18),M_(11),M_(9),M_(10),M_(16),and the pure polyimide Milano rib structure has the best thermal-moist comfort performance,and followed is pure polyimide weft plain fabric.
