摘要
针对煤矿员工的不安全行为所导致的事故频发现象,综合分析得到影响矿工不安全行为的5个一级指标下13个二级指标,运用层次分析法建立层次结构模型,计算煤矿员工不安全行为影响因素的权重并分级。结果表明:对矿工不安全行为的影响最重要的为自身因素、组织管理和工作环境,设备因素和社会因素影响则较小,为企业预防事故发生提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the frequent occurrence of accidents caused by unsafe behaviors of coal miners, 13 secondary indicators under 5 primary indicators that affect unsafe behaviors were obtained through comprehensive analysis, and a hierarchical structure model was established using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight and grade of factors influencing unsafe behaviors of coal miners. The results show that the most important factor influencing the unsafe behavior is miners themselves, organization management and working environment, while the influence of equipment and social factors is relatively small, which provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to prevent accidents.
