摘要
产出导向教学OBE的教学理念,其主旨在以学生为主体、教师为主导,改善人才培养模式,使其具备较强的竞争力。现将OBE教学与传统教学模式进行了对比分析,阐明其优势,并结合近年来武昌首义学院的OBE教学改革实践经验,以机械电子工程专业课程在OBE模式下的专业教学改革实践为例,为应用型本科人才培养的教学改革指明了新方向。
This paper mainly introduces the teaching concept of Outcomes-Based Education (OBE).The main purpose of this concept is to improve the personnel training mode by regarding students as main body and teachers as leading role,so as to make students more competitive. This paper makes a comparative analysis between OBE teaching mode and traditional teaching mode and illustrates the former advantages. Combined with the practical experience of OBE teaching reform in Wuchang Shouyi University in recent years,this paper takes the practice of professional teaching reform of mechanical and electronic engineering courses under OBE mode as an example,and points out a new direction for the teaching reform of application-oriented undergraduate talent cultivation.
