摘要
部分地方高校在与行业企业的合作过程中形成了具有明确服务面向的产业学院。随着产业学院和专业学院协同发展的“双院制”模式的形成,既是来自于经济转型的挑战、地方高校内涵发展的需要,也是国家政策推动的结果。依据合作双方不同需求和介入程度,分共建共享型、高校为主型和企业为主型“双院制”三种基本类型,其构建策略为:差异化构建组织,以需求为导向确立人才培养方式,优势互补实现合作共赢。
In the process of university-industry cooperation, some local colleges have developed into what is called "dual-college" mode, a combination of industry-oriented college and professional college, whose function is oriented to social service. The mode results from the challenge of economic transition, from the need of connotative development of local university, and from the outcome of promotion from state policies. There are three basic types, including co-construction and sharing type, university-oriented type, and enterprises-oriented type. Based on the different needs and participation of university and enterprises, this paper also analyzes the related construction strategies for different types.
