摘要
目的建立女贞子的最佳加工方法。方法采用烘干、晒干、阴干、蒸干、烫干等不同加工方法处理女贞子,采用高效液相色谱法测定女贞子中特女贞苷的含量。结果不同加工方法对女贞子中特女贞苷含量有显著影响,烫干法较直接干燥和蒸干法处理得到的特女贞苷的含量高,因而宜采用烫干法进行产地加工;随着烫的时间的延长,烫5 min和烫10 min后女贞子中特女贞苷的含量差异不大。结论宜采用烫5 min后干燥的方法对女贞子进行产地加工。
Objective To establish the best processing method for Ligustrum lucidum.Methods Ligustrum lucidum was treated by different drying and processing methods,such as drying,sun-drying,shade-drying,steam-drying and hot-drying.The content of specnuezhenide in Ligustrum lucidum was determined by HPLC method.Results Different processing methods had significant effects on the content of specnuezhenide in Ligustrum lucidum.The content of specnuezhenide obtained by hot-drying method was higher than that obtained by direct drying and steam-drying method,so it was suitable to use hot-drying method to process Ligustrum lucidum.With the extension of hot-drying,there was no significant difference in the content of specnuezhenide between hot-drying for 5 min and hot-drying for 10 min.Conclusion It is advisable to use the hot-drying method for 5 min for processing Ligustrum lucidum in the producting area.
