优质护理方案在急性左心衰竭患者抢救中的应用被引量：8

摘要目的:探讨优质护理方案在急性左心衰竭患者抢救中的应用方法及效果。方法:将2016年1月~12月收治的43例急性左心衰竭患者作为常规组,采取常规抢救护理干预;将2017年1月~12月收治的46例急性左心衰竭患者作为研究组,采取优质护理方案进行干预。比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果:研究组患者总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者急救时间及住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.01);研究组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理方案提高了急性左心衰竭患者抢救的临床效果,缩短了患者的急救时间和住院时间,缓解了患者的负性情绪。
