摘要
目的:观察临床护理路径在急性左心衰竭护理中的应用效果。方法:择选2015年3月~2016年5月于我院接受治疗的112例急性左心衰竭患者,对照组(56例)采取的是传统的护理措施,观察组(56例)在对照组的基础上实施临床护理路径,比较两组患者的住院时间、健康知识知晓率、治疗依从性、并发症及其差错发生率。结果:住院时间比较,观察组显著短于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),对疾病知识的知晓率要明显比对照组高,且其治疗依从性要显著优于对照组,并发症发生率、差错发生率皆要比对照组少,数据间的差异对比经检验皆有统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径应用到急性左心衰竭的护理中,不仅可促进护理服务质量的提高,而且还能有效改善患者预后,提高其治疗依从性。
Objective：To observe the clinical nursing path effect in acute left heart failure nursing.Methods：112 cases of acute left heart failure patients from March 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital,The control group（56 cases） adopted the traditional nursing measures,the observation group（56 cases） in the control group based on the implementation of clinical care pathways,compared the two groups of patients hospitalization time,health knowledge awareness,treatment compliance,complications and the incidence of errors.Results：The length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group,awareness of knowledge of the disease was significantly higher than the control group,and the treatment compliance was significantly better than the control group,the incidence of complications,the incidence of error than are small group,by comparing the difference between the test data exist Jie statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical nursing path to acute left heart failure care,not only to promote the improvement of the quality of care and services,but also improve the prognosis of patients improve their treatment compliance.
