摘要
介绍了山西焦化股份有限公司“SCR脱硝+余热回收+半干法脱硫+除尘”技术的工艺原理及流程,运行结果表明该工艺装置运行连续稳定,工艺指标先进,烟气治理效果较好,实现了焦炉烟道气的超低排放。
The principle and process of the technology of“SCR denitrification+waste heat recovery+semi-dry desulfurization+dedusting”which was adopted in Shanxi Coking Co.,Ltd.was introduced in this article.Running results showed that the plant had stable and continuous operation,advanced process parameters,good flue gas treatment effect.This technology can realize the ultra-low emission of the coke oven flue gas.
