偏心径向热管技术在焦炉烟气余热回收中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 烟气显热占工业余热资源总量的一半以上,在相对恶劣的烟气热源利用过程中,余热回收装置的使用性能尤为重要。针对烟气系统余热热源的特点,分析了传统重力热管余热回收设备存在的问题,在此基础上提出一种新型偏心径向热管式余热锅炉,并在焦炉烟气余热回收工程中进行了应用研究。结果表明,偏心径向热管式余热锅炉在焦炉烟气余热回收过程中获得了较好的余热回收效益,表现出了较好的防低温腐蚀特性,设备可靠性及使用寿命大大提高,在烟气余热回收领域具有较大的应用价值。 The sensible heat of the flue gas accounts for more than half of the total industrial residual heat resources. Performance of the waste heat recovery unit is particular important in a relative bad process of recycling flue gas s heat source. Based on the characteristic of the flue gas system s waste heat source, the paper analysed the existing problem in the waste heat recovery unit of traditional gravi-ty heat pipe, proposed a new radial eccentric heat pipe waste heat boiler and applies it in the research of recycling residual heat of coke oven gas. The results show that the performance on recycling of resid-ual heat in the radial eccentric heat pipe waste heat boiler is exceptional in waster heat recovery of coke oven flue gas. And it shows great anti - corrosion characteristic in low temperature. The use of life and reliability of the unit is dramatically improving. Hence, it holds great value in recycling residual heat of flue gas.
