摘要 焦炉烟道气主要污染成分有SO2、NOx等。SO2和NOx不仅危害人类身体健康,而且还严重地污染环境。国家出台了更为严格的炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准。技术人员研究开发了新型的脱硝催化剂、镁法烟气脱硫工艺和径向热管式余热锅炉等专有的核心技术,并且集成创新地提出了焦炉烟道气脱硫、脱硝及余热回收利用的解决方案。该方案能从根本上解决目前国内焦炉烟道气排放污染环境和余热未回收利用的问题,不仅具有显著的经济效益,还有巨大的社会效益。 The main pollution components of coke oven flue gas are SO2, NOX etc. SO2 and NOx are not only harmful to human health, but also seriously pollute the environment. The stricter "standard for discharge of pollutants from eoking chemical industry" was introduced. The proprietary core technolo- gies were researched, such as new denitration catalyst, Magnesium FGD process and radial heat pipe waste heat boiler. Then the integrated scheme of SO2 and NOx removal technology and heat recovery from coke oven flue gas were put forward. The above schemes can solve the problems of polluting the environment and waste heat without recovery, which have not only significant economic benefits, but also huge social benefits.
