摘要
以异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为联用扩链剂,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)粒料进行反应挤出。对比了2种扩链剂单独使用与联用对PET扩链的影响,进一步研究了联用质量分数与配比对扩链PET特性黏度、流变性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明,TGIC与HDI二者联用时比单独使用时对PET的扩链效果要好。当m(TGIC)∶m(HDI)=4∶6,百分含量为1.0%时,扩链PET熔体表现出明显的剪切变稀现象;熔体流动速率降至8.50 g/10 min;而且扩链产物溶解时出现凝胶,去除凝胶后的特性黏度仍能达到1.18 dL/g;扩链PET的熔融曲线出现双峰,但未产生新的晶型;其结晶度降至26.8%,半结晶时间降至2.91 min,结晶温度降至204.2℃。
Using triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)as combined chain extender,polyethylene terephthalate(PET)pellets were processed by reactive extrusion.The effects of the two chain extenders used alone and combined on the chain extension of PET were compared,and the effects of the percentage and ratio of combined chain extenders on the intrinsic viscosity,rheological properties,and crystallization properties of the extended chain PET were further investigated.The results show that the combination of TGIC and HDI has better effect on the chain extension of PET than the single use.When m(TGIC)∶m(HDI)=4∶6 and the content is 1.0%,the chain-extended PET melt shows obvious shear thinning phenomenon;the melt flow rate is reduced to 8.50 g/10 min;and a gel appears when the chain extension product is dissolved,the intrinsic viscosity after gel removal is still the highest,reaching 1.18 dL/g;the crystallinity of the extended-chain PET is reduced to 26.8%,the half-crystallization time is reduced to 2.91 min,and the crystallization temperature is lowered to 204.2℃.
