刨花覆面玻镁板制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为拓展玻镁板的应用领域并提升抗折强度,在玻镁板上下表面铺装均匀施加了丙烯酸/异氰酸酯共混胶的松木刨花,热压制得刨花覆面玻镁板。通过正交试验,研究热压温度、热压时间、施胶量等因素对刨花覆面玻镁板抗折强度(MOR)和弹性模量(MOE)的影响。结果表明,热压温度对刨花覆面玻镁板抗折强度和弹性模量影响最大。刨花覆面玻镁板的优化制备工艺为热压温度为160℃,热压时间为180 s,施胶量为9%,所制得的刨花覆面玻镁板MOR和MOE分别为10.51 MPa和1 681 MPa。 In order to improve the application field of glass magnesium plate and its folding strength,the wood shavings with adhesive were coated on the upper and lower surfaces of the glass magnesium plate,and finally the shavings covered glass magnesium plate was obtained by heat pressing.The effects of hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing time and adhesive consumption on the bending strength(MOR)and elastic modulus(MOE)of shavings covered glass magnesium plate were studied by orthogonal methods.The results showed that hot-pressing temperature has the greatest influence on flexural strength and elastic modulus of shavings covered glass magnesium plate.The optimum preparation conditions of shavings covered glass magnesium plate were hotpressing temperature at 160℃,hot-pressing time at 180 s,and adhesive consumption were 9%.The MOR and MOE of the obtained shavings covered glass magnesium plate were 10.51 MPa and 1681 MPa,respectively.
