异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇结构和性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)为扩链剂,采用熔融共混法制备扩链聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(CEPET)。使用乌氏黏度计测量其特性黏数([η]),滴定法测定其端羧基(CV)的含量,使用旋转流变仪和差示扫描量热仪对扩链PET的流变和结晶性能进行分析。当TGIC的添加量为1.0 phr时,[η]=0.93 d L/g;当TGIC的添加量为1.4 phr时,CV=6.2mol/L。当TGIC的添加量为1.0 phr时,损耗模量和储存模量的最大值分别为19500 Pa和28800 Pa。随着TGIC添加量的增加,结晶度和结晶温度先下降后上升,最低值分别为25.5%和181℃,半结晶时间先延长后缩短,最大值为1.8 min。 Triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) was chosen as chain extender, chain extended poly(ethylene terephthalate)(CEPET) was reacted via melt blending. The intrinsic viscosity([η]) of CEPET was measured by ubbelohde viscometer and terminal carboxyl group(CV) was measured by titration. Performances of rheological and crystallization were characterized by rotational rheometer and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) respectively. The results reveal that [η] of 0.93 dL/g for 1.0 phr TGIC and CV of 6.2 mol/kg for 1.4 phr TGIC. Storage modulus and loss modulus are approached to 19500 Pa and 28800 Pa with 1.0 phr TGIC added. With increase of the TGIC content, the crystallinity and crystallization temperature rise after drop, the lowest value is 25.5% and 181 ℃ respectively; the crystallization half time decreases after increases and the maximum value is 1.8 min.
