摘要
基于众包模式的图书馆社会化支持服务模式,可以促进图书馆服务方式变革,推动图书馆服务走向开放,并提升服务效率。本文在全面介绍图书馆众包模式的基础上,对基于众包模式的图书馆社会化支持服务模式构建的可行性展开了详细探究,包括图书馆开放的社会化服务为众包模式提供环境支持、读者群体的参与分享为众包模式提供人力资源支持、社交软件为众包模式提供发展途径等。分析了众包模式在图书馆社会化支持服务中的作用,可以使图书馆社会化支持服务走向开放、提高用户图书馆使用效率、促进图书馆不同学科知识交互等。最后归纳出图书馆社会化支持服务模式的构建策略,包括知识数据库模块、线上平台、网络技术、服务支持系统等。
The library socialization support service mode based on crowdsourcing mode can promote the reform of library service mode, promote the opening of library services and improve service efficiency. On the basis of introducing the crowdsourcing mode of libraries comprehensively, this article explored the feasibility of constructing library socialization support service mode based on crowdsourcing mode in detail, including providing environmental support for crowdsourcing mode by the open social service of libraries, providing human resources support for the crowdsourcing mode by the participation and sharing of readers, and providing development channels for crowdsourcing mode by social software. This article also analysed the role of crowdsourcing mode in library socialization support service, which could make library socialization support service open, improve library efficiency of users, and promote the knowledge interaction of different subjects in libraries. Finally, it summarized the construction strategies of library socialization support service mode, including knowledge database module, online platform, network technology, service support system and so on.
