摘要
图书馆馆藏资源的众包模式具有拓展图书馆馆藏资源建设渠道、促进资源构建流程创新、降低图书馆数字资源建设成本的优势;其内容包括个性化资源建设模块与资源质量测评模块。构建基于过程管理的图书馆馆藏资源开发利用众包模式,必须重视目标确定、平台管理、结果评价3个环节。在具体应用时,图书馆应提高馆员专业素养和管理能力,实现馆藏资源动态管理,使用合适的激励机制,以期完善图书馆馆藏资源开发利用众包模式的建设,提高资源的开发利用效率。
Crowdsourcing model of library collection resources has the advantages of expanding the channels of library collection resources construction, promoting the innovation of resource construction process and reducing the cost of library digital resources construction. Its contents include personalized resource construction module and resource quality evaluation module. To construct crowdsourcing model of development and utilization of library collection resources based on process management, three links should be attached importance to: target determination, platform management and result evaluation. In the specific application, libraries should improve the professional quality and management ability of librarians, realize the dynamic management of library collection resources, and use appropriate incentive mechanism, in order to improve the construction of crowdsourcing model of development and utilization of library collection resources, and improve the efficiency of development and utilization of resources.
