摘要
教师的信息化教学领导力是推动学校信息化教学发展的关键,挖掘其内涵、影响因素及建设路径能为教师专业发展提供参考。从领导过程的角度来看,教师信息化教学领导力的内涵包括信息化教学环境建设、信息化课外学习引领和信息化课堂教学管理。采用相关分析、回归分析等数据分析方法探寻教师信息化教学领导力与其影响因素之间的关系,研究结果显示:从预测教师信息化教学领导力的影响效应来看,设备及网络条件的易用性与可获取性的影响效应最大,课外网络学习资源的获取便捷性与价值性的影响效应次之,信息化教学评价能力的影响效应较小。基于此,教师需要有效应对设备、网络等环境资源的限制问题,合理化调控学生的网络学习时间,着力提升自身的融合式教学管理能力。
Teacher’s informationization teaching leadership is the key to promote the development of school informationization teaching, and exploring its connotation, influencing factors and construction path can provide references for teachers’ professional development. From the perspective of leadership process, the connotation of teachers’ informationization teaching leadership includes the informationized teaching environment construction, informationized extracurricular learning leadership and informationized classroom teaching management. The relationship between informationization teaching leadership and its influencing factors of teachers in teaching colleges and universities is explored by using data analysis methods such as the correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that from the perspective of predicting the impact of teachers’ informationization teaching leadership, the most significant impact is the availability and accessibility of equipment and network conditions, followed by the accessibility and value of extracurricular online learning resources, and the less impact on the informationized teaching evaluation ability. Based on the results of data analysis, the construction path of university teacher’s informationization teaching leadership was put forward: the limitation of environmental resources should be dealt with effectively such as the equipment and network;the students’ online learning time should be rationalized and regulated;and teachers should focus on improving their integrated teaching management ability.
