小儿消积止咳口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎及对患儿体液免疫功能的影响 被引量:61

Effect of Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid Combined with Azithromycin on Mycoplasma Immune Function in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

摘要 目的:探讨小儿消积止咳口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎对患儿体液免疫功能的影响。方法:支原体肺炎患儿108例,按照随机数字的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组均为54例患儿,对照组在常规治疗基础上使用阿奇霉素序贯疗法,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上使用小儿消积止咳口服液,对治疗后的体液免疫功能、咳嗽消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间、发热消退时间、治疗效果、不良反应的数据进行对比。结果:经过治疗后,对照组的IgM从(1.85±0.32)mg/L下降为(1.61±0.28)mg/L,IgG从(10.87±3.21)mg/L下降为(9.51±1.87)mg/L,IgA从(1.07±0.21)mg/L下降为(0.97±0.17)mg/L,观察组的IgM从(1.87±0.34)mg/L下降为(1.32±0.27)mg/L,IgG从(11.02±3.07)mg/L下降为(7.51±2.14)mg/L,IgA从(1.08±0.19)mg/L下降为(0.90±0.15)mg/L,观察组的下降幅度均大于对照组,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=5.479,5.171,2.269,P<0.05),对照组的咳嗽消失时间[(7.24±1.81)d vs.(5.07±1.78)d],肺部罗音消失时间[(6.17±1.24)d vs.(4.71±1.04)d],发热消退时间[(4.28±0.87)d vs.(2.13±1.02)d],均高于观察组,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=6.281,6.629,11.785,P<0.05),观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(z=2.661,P<0.05),两组所发生的各类不良反应数据差异均不具有统计学意义(χ~2=0.375,0.153,1.009,1.009,P>0.05)。结论:利用小儿消积止咳口服液联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿进行治疗,可以明显改善体液免疫功能,提高治疗效果,值得在临床工作中使用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma immune function in children with mycoplasma immune function. Methods:A total of 108 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number method, and each group had 54 children. In the control group, azithromycin sequential therapy was used on the basis of the conventional treatment, and the children in the observation group were treated with Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group. We compared humoral immune function after treatment, time of cough disappearance, time of disappearance of lung voice, time of fever regression, treatment effect and adverse reaction data. Result:After treatment, the IgM of the control group decreased from(1.85±0.32)mg/L to(1.61±0.28)mg/L, and the IgG decreased from(10.87±3.21)mg/L to(9.51±1.87)mg/L. IgA decreased from(1.07±0.21)mg/L to(0.97±0.17)mg/L, and the IgM of the observation group decreased from(1.87±0.34)mg/L to(1.32±0.27)mg/L. IgG decreased from(11.02±3.07)mg/L to(7.51±2.14)mg/L. IgA decreased from(1.08 ± 0.19)mg/L to(0.90±0.15)mg/L. The decrease of the children in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, and the data was statistically significant(t=5.479, 5.171, 2.269, P<0.05). The cough disappearance time of the control group[(7.24±1.81)d vs(5.07±1.78)d]. The disappearance time of the lung voice [(6.17±1.24)d vs(4.71±1.04)d]. The fever subsided time [(4.28±0.87)d vs.(2.13±1.02)d] was higher than that in the observation group. Data differences were statistically significant(t=6.281, 6.629, 11.785, P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of the children in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the data was statistically significant(z=2.661, P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the data of various adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=0.375, 0.153, 1.009, 1.009,P>0.05). Conclusion:The use of Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid combined with azithromycin for the treatment of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia can significantly improve the humoral immune function and the therapeutic effect. It is worthy of use in clinical work.
