摘要
目的:观察百蕊颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的疗效及对患儿血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:选取120例MPP患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服百蕊颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况,同时比较2组治疗前后血清HGF、VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率96.67%,高于对照组85.00%(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及肺部病灶消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率10.0%,低于对照组15.0%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,2组血清IL-6、TNF-α、HGF、VEGF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后7 d、11 d,2组血清IL-6、TNF-α、HGF、VEGF水平均逐渐下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于同一时间点对照组(P<0.05)。结论:百蕊颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗MPP患儿具有较好的临床疗效,对于患儿急性期临床症状改善及肺部病灶吸收均有促进作用,可显著降低血清HGF、VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α等炎症因子水平,且未增加不良反应。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bairui Granules combined with Azithromycin for children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP)and its effects on serum hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),serum interleukin-6(IL-6),and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in patients.Methods:A total of 120 cases of MPP children were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,and the observation group was additionally treated with the oral administration of Bairui Granules based on the treatment of the control group.Clinical effects,the disappearance time of symptoms,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The levels of HGF,VEGF,IL-6,and TNF-αin serum were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group,higher than that of 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The time for the abatement of fever,the disappearance of respiratory symptoms,the disappearance of lung rales,and the disappearance of lung lesions in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.0%in the observation group,lower than that of 15.0%in the control group,there being no significant difference being found in the comparison of the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,HGF,and VEGF in serum between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,HGF,and VEGF in serum after 7 and 11 days of treatment in the two groups were gradually decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bairui Granules combined with Azithromycin has a relatively good clinical effect in the treatment of MPP children,which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and the absorption of lung lesions in the acute stage of children and significantly reduce the levels of HGF,VEGF,IL-6,TNF-αand other inflammatory factors in serum,with no increase in adverse reactions.
