摘要
[目的]探讨钾盐与穿龙薯蓣形态及有效成分之间的关系。[方法]本文以穿龙薯蓣实生苗为试验材料,分别浇施钾离子浓度为2、4、6、8和10mmol·L^(-1)的KNO_3、K_2SO_4和KCl,研究钾盐对该种幼苗形态、叶片光合产物及丙酮酸含量的影响,分析幼苗形态、生物量与生理指标间的相关性。[结果]浇施钾盐时,穿龙薯蓣的株高、叶面积、叶基角及生物量均高于对照:浇施KNO_3时,幼苗的株高、叶面积及生物量的增幅高于K_2SO_4和KCl。随钾盐浓度升高,穿龙薯蓣幼苗的株高、叶面积、叶基角、地上及地下部分生物量均表现先增加后减少的变化趋势:KNO_3和K_2SO_4在8mmol·L^(-1)时最高,KCl在6mmol·L^(-1)时最高。增施钾肥对穿龙薯蓣幼苗叶片的光合产物及丙酮酸含量存在显著影响:浇施8mmol·L^(-1)的KNO_3,叶片的可溶性糖、丙酮酸及还原糖含量高于浇施相同浓度的K_2SO_4和KCl;浇施K_2SO_4时,葡萄糖含量高于浇施相同浓度的KNO_3和KCl。浇施钾盐时,幼苗的株高、叶面积、生物量等形态指标与可溶性糖、还原糖、葡萄糖及丙酮酸等产物的含量呈极显著正相关。[结论]株高和叶面积可用作穿龙薯蓣种质资源筛选时首选的形态指标,研究结果可为穿龙薯蓣种植合理施肥提供科学依据。
[Objectives] The aim of present study was to explore the relationship between different application rates of potassium salt and the fruit shape and the content of active ingredients of Dioscorea nipponica .[Methods] In this study, the seedlings of Dioscorea nipponica were used as test materials, and seedlings roots were treated with different solutions containing KNO 3, K 2SO 4 or KCl at 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 mmol ·L^-1 . The effects of potash on seedling morphology, leaf photosynthetic products, and pyruvate content were determined, and the correlation between seedling morphology, biomass and physiological indexes were analyzed.[Results]The results showed that the plant height, leaf area, leaf base angle, and the biomass of Dioscorea nipponica in all treated groups were higher than that of control group. When treated with KNO 3, the plant height, leaf area, and the growth rate of biomass were greater than that of K 2SO 4 and KCl. With the increase of potassium concentration, the plant height, leaf area, leaf base angle, the aboveground and underground biomass of Dioscorea nipponica seedlings were increased and peaked at 8 mmol ·L^-1 in KNO 3 and K 2SO 4 treatments, and at 6 mmol ·L^-1 in KCl treatment. High concentration of potassium clearly impacted leaf photosynthetic products and pyruvate content of Dioscorea nipponica . The contents of soluble sugar, pyruvate, and reducing sugars in the leaves of seedlings in 8 mmol ·L^-1 KNO 3 treatment were higher than that of K 2SO 4 and KCl at the same concentration. When K 2SO 4was applied, the glucose content in all K 2SO 4 treatments was higher than that of KNO 3 and KCl. When potash was applied, the plant height, leaf area and biomass of the seedling were positively correlated with the content of soluble sugar, reducing sugar, glucose, and pyruvate.[Conclusion] The height and leaf area of plants can be used as the preferred morphological indexes in the selection of Dioscorea nipponica germplasm resources. The results can provide scientific basis for proper fertilization of Dioscorea nipponica .
