摘要
酶解工艺是指通过各种分解酶的作用,将蛋白质原料中一部分大分子蛋白质降解成活性小分子肽和游离氨基酸的过程。酶解蛋白具有提高动物生产性能和免疫性能、促进蛋白质消化吸收的作用。本文简单介绍了酶解工艺过程,并且总结了酶解蛋白在畜牧生产中的应用。
Enzymolysis technology refers to the process of degrading some macro-molecular proteins into active small molecular peptides and free amino acids through the action of various enzymes. Enzymolysis protein can improve animals’ performance and immune function,and promote protein digestive absorption. This paper gave an outline of the process of enzymolysis technology,and summarizes the application of enzymolysis protein in animal husbandry production.
