摘要
目的:了解血管紧张素转换酶抑制药(ACEI)和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药(ARB)类抗高血压药在武汉市的利用情况与发展趋势,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:对武汉市34家医院2014～2016年ACEI和ARB的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)进行统计和分析。结果:3年中ACEI的销售总金额保持稳定,长效ACEI的使用不断增加,其中,培哚普利的销售金额和DDDs排名第1。ARB的销售金额和DDDs呈现逐年增长的趋势,而DDC值逐年下降,另外,ACEI和ARB复方制剂的销售金额和DDDs均呈现不同程度的上升,特别是与噻嗪类利尿药组合的药物品种。结论:短效ACEI的市场逐渐萎缩,以培哚普利为代表的长效ACEI及ARB类药物的使用不断增长,因此,新型长效药物和复方制剂是新药研发的方向。
Objective: To investigate the current situation and trend of the utilization of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor( ACEI) and angiotensin receptor blocker( ARB) in Wuhan city. Methods: The utilization data including consumption sum and defined daily dose system( DDDs) of drugs in 34 hospitals in Wuhan city from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed. Results: The annual consumption sum of ACEI remained stable from 2014 to 2016 and that of the long-acting ACEI increased gradually. The top one drug in terms of consumption amount and DDDs was perindopril. The total consumption sum and DDDs of ARB were in an increasing trend year by year,while the drug daily cost( DDC) was in a decreasing trend. Meanwhile,the utilization of compound preparation was increasing,especially with diuretic combination drug. Conclusion: The market of short-acting ACEI has shrunk gradually,while the long-acting ACEI such as perindopril and ARB shows an increasing application,which provides reference for the development of new long-acting drugs and compound preparations.
