摘要
目的研究血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARB)类药物对高血压患者视网膜动脉硬化的作用及安全性。方法选取2016年2月至2019年2月心内科确诊的高血压患者90例,随机分成研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予钙离子通道阻滞剂(CCB)类药物治疗,研究组采用ARB类药物治疗。比较2组在视网膜动脉硬化发生率,治疗前后血压水平,不良反应控制效果以及治疗前后血清炎性因子水平变化情况方面的差异。结果研究组视网膜动脉硬化发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组在治疗后收缩压、舒张压较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05)。2组失眠、皮疹、性欲减退、虚弱无力、中性粒细胞减少症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ARB类药物有效降低高血压患者视网膜动脉硬化发生风险,且安全性较好,有利于降低患者炎性反应程度。
Objective To investigate the effects and safety of angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB)drugs in treatment of retinal arteriosclerosis in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with CCB drugs,however,the patients in research group were treated by drugs.The incidence of retinal arteriosclerosis,blood pressure levels before and after treatment,adverse reaction control effects and the changes of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of retinal arteriosclerosis in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).However there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of insomnia,rash,sexual desire decline,weakness and neutropenia between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs CRP in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ARB drugs can effectively decrease the risk of incidence of retinal arteriosclerosis in patients with hypertension,with better safety,which is conducive to reduce the inflammation reaction degree of patients.
