摘要
常规拨制异型管多使用固定模拔进行制造,这种方法存在许多技术缺陷,如在模子与金属间存在有很大摩擦力,导致出现电耗大、模具寿命低以及产品表面质量等问题。主要对四辊滚模拨制异型管新工艺进行论述,总结优化方式,希望能够为相关专业提供可以参考的理论依据。
Conventional dialing of shaped tubes often uses fixed mold drawing. This method has many technical defects, such as the existence of a large friction between the mold and the metal,resulting in problems such as high power consumption, low mold life and surface quality of the product. It mainly discusses the new process of four-roller rolling die-shaped shaped pipe, summarizes the optimization method, and hopes to provide theoretical basis for relevant majors.
