摘要
对某钢铁企业平整机升速过程中发生带钢打滑现象,结合实际生产,通过PDA分析软件,确定了带钢发生打滑的位置和打滑的时间。在建立平整机升速过程中出口张力辐与带钢接触的力学模型,分析平整机升速过程中带钢的受力情况的基础上,探讨了带钢打滑的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,避免平整机升速过程中出现的带钢打滑现象,提高了产品表面质量。
Aiming at the strip slipping problem in the speed-up process of the skin pass mill in a steel company,the position and time of the strip slipping were determined by PDA analysis software combined with the actual production.Based on the establishment of the mechanical model of the contact between the exit tension roll and the strip,the force of the strip in the speed丒up process of the skin pass mill was analyzed and the main causes of the strip slipping were discussed.The corresponding measures were put forward to avoid the strip slipping problem,and the surface quality of the product was improved.
