摘要
四辊卷板是进行金属板材弯曲成形加工的先进技术,但在生产实践中,常常因缺乏合适的工艺而导致板材卷制的精度差、效率低,大大制约了相关产业的发展。对四辊卷板过程进行理论分析,推导出板材回弹的计算公式,并建立四辊卷板的滚弯数学模型;利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对四辊卷板的整个卷板过程进行二维动态模拟仿真,得到卷制圆筒的滚弯半径值;对比分析仿真半径值、实际半径值以及理论半径值之间存在的差异,并分析导致差异的原因,验证利用仿真分析来制定卷制工艺参数的可行性,进而调整工艺参数以得到高精度成品。
Four-roll rolling is an advanced technology of sheet metal bending,but the problems of poor accuracy and low efficiency of rolling plate occur in the actual production due to lack of suitable technology,which restrictes the development of related industries greatly.The process of four-roll rolling was analyzed theoretically,the equation of plate springback was derived,and a mathematical model of rolling was established. Then,the whole plate rolling process was simulated by ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and the rolling radius of rolling cylinder was obtained. Furthermore,the differences among simulation radius,actual radius and theory radius were compared,and the reasons were analyzed. Finally,the feasibility of setting rolling process parameters by simulation analysis was verified,and high-precision products were obtained by adjusting the process parameters.
