摘要
学习能力的培养是大学教育最根本任务之一,本文以学习动力的激励为导向,深入研究OBE(Outcome BasedEducation)理论,针对应用型工科学生设计出一套基于OBE理念的学习动力激励机制。首先,对当前应用型工科生的学习动力进行分析,找出学生学习动力不足的原因;其次,对OBE理念进行探讨;最后,应用OBE理念设计出一套激励机制,提高学生的学习动力。
The cultivation of learning ability is one of the most fundamental tasks of university education.The purpose of this paper is to stimulate students'learning motivation.On the premise of in-depth study of OBE(Outcome Based Education)theory,a set of learning motivation excitation mechanism was designed for students of applied engineering.Firstly,it analyzes the learning motivation of current applied engineering students to find out the reasons for students'lack of motivation.Secondly,it discusses the OBE concept.Finally,the OBE concept is used to design an incentive mechanism to improve students'learning motivation.
