摘要
以地质工程专业为例,论述了近几年来该专业"3+1"人才培养模式的改革与实践情况.实践证明:"3+1"人才培养模式的实施,促进了产学研的合作;加强了实习基地的建设,提高了学生的毕业论文与设计质量,培养了"双师型"的教师队伍,提升了学生的创新能力、应用能力和综合素质.
Taking geological engineering major as an example,this paper discusses the ＂3＋1＂ personnel training mode. Practice proves that the ＂3＋1＂ personnel training mode promotes cooperation between enterprises,universities and research institutes,strengthens the practice base establishment,and improves the quality of students＇ graduation thesis. The mode also helps train ＂dual-type＂ teachers,and improves students＇ innovation ability and comprehensive quality.
