摘要
目的探讨基于问题为导向的翻转课堂在康复护士执业能力培训中的应用效果。方法选取我院在职康复护士60例,按病区分为实验组29例,对照组31例。对照组采用传统方法进行执业能力培训,实验组采用基于问题为导向的翻转课堂进行执业能力培训。两组教学内容、教学课时完全相同。培训结束后进行理论及技能考核,比较两组的考核成绩。同时发放自行设计的学员问卷调查表,进行各维度满意度对比。结果实验组的理论考核成绩[(94.41±1.13)分]、技能考核成绩[(95.53±1.51)分]高于对照组的理论考核成绩[(90.43±1.16)分]及技能考核成绩[(92.26±1.32)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学员问卷调查表的自我掌控学习、满足个性化需求、互动学习、沟通合作能力、批判创新思维、解决问题能力各维度得分分别为(83.45±4.36)分、(85.42±2.35)分、(80.32±3.16)分、(45.93±3.17)分、(30.62±2.74)分、(62.13±1.26)分,均优于对照组的(16.73±4.15)分、(57.71±2.62)分、(36.38±3.51)分、(20.52±3.11)分、(20.86±2.43)分、(50.35±3.71)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示实验组学员对各维度的满意度优于对照组。结论基于问题为导向的翻转课堂能满足康复护士的自我掌控学习,促进知识的内化和巩固;更有利于康复护士批判思维、创新、独立思考、解决问题、沟通合作等能力的提高,对康复护士执业能力的提升有叠加作用。
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-oriented flipped class in rehabilitation nurses' practicing ability training. Methods A total of 60 rehabilitation nurses in our hospital were selected, and were divided into the experimental group(n=29)and the control group(n=31). The control group was trained by traditional methods, and the experimental group was trained by problem-oriented flipped class. The teaching content and teaching time of the two groups were exactly the same. After training, the theory and skill assessment was carried out, and the scores of the two groups were compared. At the same time, self-designed questionnaires were issued to compare the satisfaction of nurses. Results The theoretical exam scores [(94.41±1.13)points] and the skill assessment scores [(95.53±1.51)points] of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(90.43±1.16)points and (92.26±1.32)points], and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the questionnaire, the scores of the experimental group in self-control learning, satisfying individualized needs, interactive learning, communication and cooperation ability, critical innovative thinking, and problem-solving ability were(83.45±4.36),(85.42±2.35), and (80.32±3.16),(45.93±3.17),(30.62±2.74), and (62.13±1.26), which were higher than those in the control group [(16.73±4.15),(57.71±2.62),(36.38± 3.51),(20.52±3.11),(20.86±2.43), and (50.35±3.71), respectively], and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), suggested that the experimental group's satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The problem-oriented flipped class can meet the needs of rehabilitation nurses of self-controlled learning, promote the internalization and consolidation of knowledge, and help to improve their abilities of critical thinking, innovation, independent thinking, problem solving, and communication and cooperation, and the improvement has additive effects on practicing ablinities.
