摘要
目的探讨基于成果导向的线上翻转课堂教学模式在本科生康复护理学教学中的应用效果。方法以黑龙江中医药大学选修《康复护理学》的64名学生为研究对象,将2018年度的32名学生设为对照组,2019年度的32名学生作为试验组。两组学生教学内容均为康复护理评定、康复护理技术及常见疾病的康复护理措施等内容。试验组采用翻转课堂教学模式,并利用超星学习通平台提前布置预习任务、上传视频及微课、下课前在超星平台进行本节课小测。以上内容都以学生的学习成果为导向而制定。对照组采用常规课堂讲授教学模式。两组学生课前和课后分别进行上学期总成绩、自主学习能力和自我效能评分比较。课程结束后,对两组学生进行了结课学习成绩评价。采用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行t检验。结果试验组期末考试平均成绩(91.42±8.97)高于对照组(86.87±6.72),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组自主学习能力(10.43±0.31)高于对照组(8.01±0.32),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组自我效能得分(29.9±3.81)高于对照组(28.15±2.99),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于成果导向的线上翻转课堂教学模式能有效提高学生成绩及自主学习能力,增强学生的自我效能感。
Objective To explore the application effect of the OBE-FC mode in the undergraduate teaching of rehabilitation nursing.Methods A total of 64 students from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine who took the selective course Rehabilitation Nursing from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the study subjects,32 students in 2018 were set as the control group,and 32 students in 2019 were set as the experimental group.The teaching contents of students in both groups were rehabilitation nursing assessment,rehabilitation nursing skills and rehabilitation nursing intervention of common diseases.The experimental group adopted flipped classroom teaching mode,and through Super Star learning platform delivered preview tasks and uploaded the micro-class online videos in advance,and conducted a quiz at the ending of the class on the platform.And the above teaching contents were designed based on the students'learning outcomes.The control group adopted the conventional classroom teaching mode.The total scores,autonomous learning ability and self-efficacy of the last semester were compared between the two groups before and after the class respectively.At the end of the course,students of the two groups were evaluated in terms of their academic performance,and SPSS 20.0 was used for the test.Results The average score of final examination in the experimental group(91.42±8.97)was higher than that in the control group(86.87±6.72),with significant differences(P<0.01).The autonomous learning ability of the experimental group(10.43±0.31)was also better than that of the control group(8.01±0.32),with significant differences(P<0.01).The self-efficacy score of the experimental group(29.9±3.81)was higher than that of the control group(28.15±2.99),with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The OBE-FC mode in the teaching of rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve students'academic performance and independent learning ability,and enhance students'self-efficacy.
