摘要
利用建模工具Catia、3ds Max和游戏引擎Unity3D,以层次化、模块化和面向对象的设计思路,搭建了虚拟装配实验的整体架构,开发出喷油泵虚拟装配实验。该虚拟实验可以完成喷油泵内部结构的认知、喷油泵供油过程的动画展示、喷油泵的组装和拆卸,以及学习测试,满足大规模实验教学需求,提升了实验教学效率,推动了汽车构造实验课程的教学改革与创新。
By using the modeling tools such as Catia,3ds Max and game engine Unity3D,the overall framework of the virtual assembly experiment is built with the idea of the hierarchical,modular and object-oriented design,and the virtual assembly experiment of the fuel injection pump is developed. This virtual experiment can realize the recognition of the internal structure of the fuel injection pump,the animation display of the fuel supply process of the fuel injection pump,and the assembly,disassembly and learning test of the fuel injection pump,meet the needs of large-scale experimental teaching,improve the efficiency of experimental teaching,and promote the teaching reform and innovation of the Automobile Structure experimental course.
