连铸生产虚拟仿真系统设计及关键技术研究 被引量:3

Design and key technology research of virtual simulation system for continuous casting production

摘要 通过工业设计软件Photoshop、3ds Max和游戏引擎Unity3D,对连铸生产培训的内容进行虚拟化设计,搭建了连铸仿真系统的整体架构,并对实践环节中铸坯切割和精整操作仿真的关键问题进行说明。通过对连铸过程中的虚拟化的实训操作,可以完成对连铸设备和生产环境的认知、对生产过程和生产规范的学习,可为连铸生产的学习以及实训教学提供重要支持。 Through the industrial design software Photoshop,3 ds Max and game engine Unity3 D,the virtual design of the continuous casting production training content is carried out,the overall framework of the continuous casting simulation system is built,and the key problems of the billet cutting and finishing operation simulation in the practical link are explained.Through the virtual training operation in the continuous casting process,the cognition of continuous casting equipment and production environment,the learning of production process and production specification can be completed,which can provide important support for the cognition learning and practical teaching of continuous casting production.
