摘要
采用虚拟现实、增强现实等技术开发了基于zSpace的铣削加工虚拟仿真系统,实现了基于裸眼的立体画面跨屏显示功能。借助Vuforia增强现实开发平台,开发了增强现实虚拟仿真APP。将虚拟现实开发成果应用于铣床加工实践教学,既增强了学习者的学习兴趣,又避免了学生操作机械实际设备可能发生的危险,具有很好的工程应用推广价值。
The virtual simulation system of milling process based on zSpace is developed by using the technologies such as the virtual reality,augmented reality,etc.,which realizes the function of cross screen display of stereoscopic picture based on naked eye.With the help of Vuforia augmented reality development platform,the augmented reality virtual simulation APP is developed.The application of virtual reality development results in milling practical training teaching not only enhances learners’interest in learning,but also avoids the possible danger of students operating mechanical equipment,which has a good value of engineering application and promotion.
