摘要
本文以某转管自动机闭锁机构为研究对象,运用故障树加仿真分析的方法,通过对炮闩机头闭锁面出现微裂纹及磨损的原理分析,建立了原因分析故障树,对故障树进行了详细分析,并通过试验与仿真相结合的分析方法,对难以确认的故障原因进行了详细的动力学仿真分析,确定了该故障的主要因素,提出了故障解决措施,试验结果表明故障得到了有效解决。
The locking mechanism on Gatling gun was researched.By the method of fault tree and simulation,we analyzed the small crack and abrasion on the bolt head,and the fault tree on causation was set up.Through the detailed analysis of the fault tree,combined with the test and simulation methods,and detailed dynamic simulation analysis of the fault cause that is difficult to be confirmed,and the main factors of the fault are determined,and the troubleshooting measures were proposed.The test results show that the fault is solved effectively.The method of fault analysis combined with experiment and simulation is an effective scientific method of fault cause analysis,which has certain reference value for fault analysis and design in engineering.
