摘要
基于故障预测与健康管理技术在故障监测与诊断领域的智能化、自动化特点,建立了火炮液压系统故障树,通过故障模式与失效机理分析,应用灰色预测模型理论作为预测手段,设计并实现了软硬件相结合的火炮液压系统故障预测与健康管理体系。设计的系统通过温度、压力、磨损颗粒浓度等数据的监控、测试、预测,实现了火炮液压系统的状态监测与健康管理。
Based on the intelligent and automatic traits of prognostics and health management technology,a gun hydraulic system fault tree was established.A hardware and software combination prognostics and health management system of gun hydraulic system was designed by the analysis of failure mode and failure mechanism and applying the gray model.The designed system realized the prognostics and health management of gun hydraulic system by monitoring,testing and prediction of temperature,pressure and wear particle concentration.
