摘要
船舶起货机是港口物流系统的重要一环,液压系统是起货机的重要动力装备,液压系统由垂直绞车、水平绞车及控制系统组成,在运行中较易发生故障,如何保障系统的平稳运行是航运物流的关键。故障树是一种系统综合故障分析方法,能够建立各重要元器件故障之间因果关系,判断故障的发生概率。本文分析基于故障树的船舶起货机液压系统故障模型,计算起货机液压系统各关键元器件的故障发生概率,最后利用Matlab进行建模仿真。
Ship crane is an important part of the port logistics system, hydraulic winch system is an important power equipment, the hydraulic system consists of vertical winch, horizontal winch and control system, ti is more prone to failure in operation, how to ensure the smooth operation of the system is the key to ensure the shipping logistics. Fault tree is a kind of comprehensive fault analysis method, which can establish the relationship between the important components and the probability of failure. This paper analyzes the fault of hydraulic system model based on fault tree, fault calculation of the key components of the crane hydraulic system probability, finally using Matlab modeling and simulation.
