摘要 针对当前图像采集系统体积大、功耗高以及性能差的问题,提出了一种基于高速FPGA、低功耗CMOS图像传感器设计的高性能、小型化、低功耗的图像采集系统设计方案。在硬件设计中,采用FPGA作为主控制器;以MT9P031图像传感器作为图像采集前端;利用DDR2作为图像数据的缓冲器;采用千兆以太网作为图像数据的传输接口。在逻辑设计中,采用分时复用以及各级缓冲,从而实现了高速异步图像数据的读写工作,避免了图像数据的丢失以及堵塞,同时,采用重传的设计思想,降低了图像数据的误码率。经验证,该系统能够长期稳定可靠工作,且性能上有了较大的提高。 Aiming at the problems of large volume,high power consumption and poor performance of current image acquisition system,a design scheme of high performance,miniaturization and low power consumption image acquisition system based on high speed FPGA and low power CMOS image sensor was proposed.In the hardware design,FPGA was used as the main controller,MT9P031 image sensor was used as the front-end of image acquisition.DDR2 was used as the buffer of image data,and Gigabit Ethernet was used as the interface of image data transmission.In the logic design,buffer was used to achieve high-speed asynchronous image data reading and writing,which avoided the loss and blockage of image data.At the same time,the idea of retransmission was adopted to reduce the error rate of image data.It is verified that the system can work stably and reliably for a long time,and its performance is greatly improved.
